1999 óta vegán sportoló, edző. Tereptriatlon korosztályos Európa-bajnoki dobogós, Európa-kupa ezüstérmes, többszörös országos bajnok.
2012 óta az OCR sport magyarországi bevezetésén dolgozik, többszörös Spartan dobogós. 2016-ban alapítója a Magyar OCR Szövetségnek (HOCRA), azóta is aktív szerepet játszik a sportág fejlődésében, a szövetségi munkában.
Két születésüktől vegán gyermek édesapja.

Az ITU’s World Triathlon Series versenyek értékének növekedését jelzi a független szakértők által elkészített jelentés, amely a ITU World Triathlon Grand Final gazdasági mutatóit elemezte az Aucklandba és Új-Zélandra érkezett, regisztrált látogatók és vendégek adatai alapján.

Az esemény miatt 5,318 vendág érkezett Új-Zélandra és 10,004 Aucklandba, a világon kb. 25 millió néző követte az eseményeket.
